An occasional casualty of imposter syndrome. It happens to everyone, right? In the past eight years as a stay-at-home-mom, I’ve dabbled in lots of things, but the one thing that I always come back to is different methods of healing; how to help bring ourselves back. This is where I share what I’m learning and hope it helps you too!

Healing begins the moment you want it to, so, where do we begin? We start at the roots. My hope is that you’ll find posts here that speak to you in a way that helps you identify the roots; where you need healing the most. For some of us, the healing is physical. For others, it’s mental, emotional, or spiritual. Maybe it’s a little bit of both. Or even a lot of both. Whatever healing looks like for you, I hope you find something here that helps.
