I’ve been DIY-ing my own breast massage oil for the last few years! It’s a fun, easy, witchy way to make yourself a little love potion.

Breast massage benefits

How do you make your own breast massage oil? It's so much easier than you think! Come learn about the benefits of breast massage and this oil blend.

Why breast massage? Well for one, it’s healthy! Regular breast massage can help with cramps, circulation, lymphatic drainage, collagen production, and with releasing negative energy and activating the feel-good chemical, oxytocin, in our brain. Touch is healing.

Secondly, when we don’t love or appreciate a part of our body we tend to avoid touching it all together…so for me, massaging loving oils into my body helps me to reconnect to it in a caring way ✨ if you don’t love your thighs, massage there. If you don’t love your arms, massage there. If you don’t love your booty, massage there. You think your feet are gross? Massage there!⠀

You get the idea 🙂 ⠀

Sexual and religious trauma can also disconnect us from our bodies so we avoid touching them, looking at them, or even being in them, even in a non-sexual way. Massaging your own body lovingly can help you to reconnect.

You can use any combination of oils that you’d like (for info on the oils I use and WHY you can check out my guide here)

I reused an oil 3.4 oz bottle and filled it two-thirds of the way with sweet almond oil. You could also use fractionated coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, or really any carrier oil that your skin loves. I like to do a combo of sweet almond and sunflower (I ran out of sunflower before I made this, so that’s why there is none in it.) Then you’ll add your oils:

Oils I used:

  • A women’s blend of clary sage, lavender, bergamot, roman chamomile, ylang ylang, cedarwood, geranium, carrot seed, palmarosa, and chasteberry. (You can find it via my link here) You’ll add half of this blend to your bottle.
  • 10 drops grapefruit: this is an oil to help you appreciate your body…also smells amaze.
  • 10 drops patchouli: this is a grounding oil and helps you to be present in your body…kind of smells like dirt, but I also love it.
